How long is the delivery time and which delivery methods can I choose?

Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, but the exact time depends on the delivery method chosen and the stock available at the time of ordering. Delivery options: courier, parcel point (e.g. PostaPont, Pick Pack Point) and personal collection at designated collection points. You can choose the delivery method that suits you best when ordering.

What are the payment options? Do you accept credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery?

We provide several payment methods so you can conveniently choose the one that suits you best. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery when you pick up your parcel. During the order process, you can simply select the payment method you want.

How long does it take to exercise the right of withdrawal and how can I return a product?

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal. All you have to do is fill in the withdrawal form and return the product in its original condition and packaging. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is faulty. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund.

When will a product be available again if it is currently out of stock?

If a product is not in stock, we will indicate the expected arrival time on our site. You can also request to be notified as soon as the product is available again. Just enter your email address on the product page and we will notify you as soon as the stock is updated.

Will I be notified of the status of my order and how can I track the delivery?

Yes, you will be notified of all important steps by email. Once we have sent your parcel, you will also receive a tracking number to track your shipment. Click on the tracking link to see detailed information about where your order is at any given time.
